Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Mangus Products.  Since we operate as a print-on-demand store, there are a few key things to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing & Printing

  • Allow an additional 7 to 10  business days for your order to be printed after it's placed.

  • Once printed, your order will be shipped.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Standard Shipping: This is our most economical option, with delivery within 7 to 10  business days after printing.

  • Our Products are shipped by a Print on Demand Third Party. We do Not control there shipping and how fast that they can get a product out. We do our best to keep you informed of any changes in shipping rates, and tracking of your products.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are based on the shipping method you choose, your location, and the printing processing time. These estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Please note that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally cause delays. We'll do our best to keep you updated if any issues arise.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to select countries. For international orders, shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Please note that you may be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new Mangus Product merchandise.  However, since we're a print-on-demand company, we can only offer exchanges or refunds in certain situations.

We're happy to help if:

  • There's a printing error: If the print quality is poor or doesn't match the product image, we'll gladly send you a replacement or offer a full refund.

  • The garment is damaged: If the clothing arrives ripped, torn, or with any other manufacturing defect, we'll send you a replacement or offer a full refund.

Please note:

  • We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing. We recommend carefully reviewing our size chart (located on each product page) before placing your order.

  • Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size. We cannot offer exchanges for different items.

  • ​We also do offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect color.

  • It is the customers responsibility to assure that you are pressing the right size, color and quantity. 

  • We are NOT responsible for items not received by the carrier. Contact the carrier if your product was not delivered to you.   As we use a Third Party Drop shipper.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:
